The 'Secret' to Creating Your Own Reality

You’ve read the Abe and Seth books, watched ‘The Secret’ and ‘What the Bleep.’ You’ve done visualizations, vision boards, gratitude lists, and have experienced manifesting your desires. You know this – You Create Your Own Reality!

No one else does, right? You create your own reality even if you don’t HOW you do it. If you’re not conscious of what you’re creating then you’re creating unconsciously, unaware. And yet, as much success as you may have in creating your reality it may not be fully accessible and available to you.

What if the reason that your creations are hit or miss is because your energy is not always fully available, because it is otherwise engaged?

When you start tuning in, deeply listening, and engaging the energy of life consciously you start becoming aware of ‘how and where’ your energy is engaged – your thoughts, feelings, assumptions, perceptions. As you line up your energy in the now, these energies are freed up and released and are fully available for creation!

Here are some signposts on the road to consciously creating your reality:

1. Life is always glorious. It’s your choice not to step into that gloriousness. Choose again.
2. You are the focal point of everything in your life. You are the point through which life expresses.
   The way you express are your creations. Create by choice!
3. The adventure is full of paradox: there can be a sense of aloneness and oneness, at the same time.
4. Say YES to life, no matter what. You won’t get to know your ‘YES’ unless you take risks, leap off the edge, try the impossible/improbable, risk imperfection..

Life is always dynamic. That’s part of ‘the secret.’ Are you dancing with the energy of now or holding onto something that is already gone?
