Original Being

There is an inescapable sense of our original being in us, however much it gets battered by experience and repetitive conditioning. The original sense is that I’m good, I’m me, and within that me there is the source of my health and well-being and vitality. James O’Shea   [

I know that I am light.
I know that I am.
I know that . . .
I know!
I
I

I . . .
AM that I AM
I am that.
I am
AM I
I

I . . .
AM
I
AMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

:)

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I have to tell you I got so much out of this one! I listened to it 3 times in a row just now. Things I connected with in particular were that people can only hear or see things because we say it in a way that speaks to them. That sentence is really driving me right now to continue to create artwork. I have slowed down on it the last few months; letting fear hamper things but I need to let that go because as I think Adela said in a previous session – its about you, but its not (all) about you. The most important thing is to get out there what I have to give, to communicate. I can’t get hung up on my own insecurities and in that sense, it shouldn’t be about me. Plus, I have already gotten responses from people that they have had ‘experiences’ while viewing my pieces. A ha, things are working so why doubt. Keep going all of you that have had fear block you in anyway!
