Engage the Inner Body

As you go about your life, don’t give 100 percent of your attention to the external world and to your mind. Keep some within. Feel the inner body even when engaged in everyday activities, especially when you are relating with nature. Feel the stillness deep inside it. Keep the portal open. Eckhart Tolle

The easiest way I’ve found to open the doorway to the inner body is through the breath. Just bring your attention to the inflow and outflow of breath.

Notice the depth and breadth of your rhythmic breathing. Feel the breath bridging the gap between your outer form of physicalness and the inner spaciousness of your body.

Breathe, relax, expand . . . feeling the form of you immersed in reams of spaces, endlessly opening to more and more space.

Ahh . . . presence arises effortlessly.
