Access the Dynamic Now

It’s such an ingrained habit to avoid the present, only because the past and future are what are stressed in our conditioning.

We plan our future, based on our experiences of the past. We make our choices in the present, based on the successes and failures of the past.

In the meantime, the present moment is diminished and inaccessible because we are so caught up in our ‘thinking our way into security and success’ that the preciousness of this moment escapes us.

And so . . . our lives are caricatures of what they could be if only we tapped the vibrant power of Now!

The easiest way to access the present is through the rhythm of your breathing and the ensuing stillness that arises in your body.

Breathe . . . Relax . . . Expand . . .

That’s all there is to it!
