When you are in judgment or attachment it is impossible to connect with what is true. That is because you have a specific idea, thought or belief of how it should be or how you’d like it be.

Treat everything – every emotion, thought, belief – as an honored guest, welcome to stay. When you open and accept what is, it moves of its own accord. You come to know that the surface ripple does not indicate the depth of the movement.

Be like the wind, touching everything and becoming nothing. Allow what’s true to arise in its own becoming.
