If you’ve tried traditional meditation techniques you may have noticed the noisiness of your mind on your intention to enter a space of inner silence. The incessant chatter that goes on internally can be a distraction to the access of the current of clarity that is sought.
Imagine how much yakety-yak is going on throughout the day, when you’re not even tuned into your state of awareness.
Practice today, throughout your day, NO THINKING. As you encounter people, places and situations create the intention to BE WITH and not to judge, compare, remember, describe, etc. All those beautiful functions of the mind, which have their rightful place, but may impede your experience of the present moment.
When you find yourself in the litany of dialogue just engage the ‘no thinking’ practice. I’d love to hear how your day dynamically unfolds.
