Change is an organic process that is evident at every level of creation. Why resist the very nature of who you are? You are a come and go in time and space. This is very evident in the physical world whether you’re looking at your body or the change of the seasons.
The very same principles apply to your inner world. The thoughts and beliefs that served you when you were twelve are not the same that serve you today. The changing nature of physicality is something to be welcomed, inwardly and outwardly. It is through your experience and engagement of ‘the now’ that you come to evolve you and evolve creation.
