The Being of No Separation

Feel the ‘no separation’ of aliveness. There is no boundary, no place where “you” end and “I” begin.

The missing link is often the predominant experience of the weave of interconnectedness. Though saints and sages have been expounding the ‘no separation’ theme for millenia, it cannot be a reality for you unless you choose to be this level of awareness.

It’s simple to access, though it can be challenging to sustain in the world of surface living. All that is required is your conscious attention and intention to ‘see’ what is true. Pay no attention to apparent external reality. Shift from outer to inner vision. Your feeling or ‘heart nature’ is also an innate access point.

Today, notice how you are ‘with’ all of life, whether it’s a person or a pebble. Allow your awareness to mix and mingle and ‘know’ the other. Don’t stop until you feel the other as if it were you. ‘Other’ is really just another way to experience the myriad flavors of creation and to know ‘yourself.’

We are all dewdrops of creation, no separation at the essence-sual level.
