It’s Thanksgiving Day in the US today and though it’s a time when most folks gather to celebrate with food and family it’s also a time to reflect on the abundance that permeates your life and your world.

Though gratitude is not something relegated to a once a year event it is more pronounced on a day with this collective energy. Today see your world through the eyes of appreciation. Give thanks to everything that adds to your life . . . from the air that you breathe to the sounds that you hear. Allow the sacredness of life and creation to be known and experienced by you in its full splendor.
