Transformation begins in your own zip code. The way that we shift the planet is to shift ourselves. You cannot be an advocate for peace, without being peaceful. You cannot be a change agent for your business, if you do not embrace change in your personal life. Seems pretty obvious, right?

There is no pocket of you that is not affected by the whole. You cannot be incongruent in who you are and what you do. The greatest gift you can give in a relationship, in your work, in your community, is a willingness to be present for yourself. In this way, you can be present for another.

You can’t give what you aren’t. So then, gift yourself first and the whole world reaps the benefit. That’s how you change the planet, one person at a time, and it all begins with you. There’s no better time than right now to show up, and amp up.
