Your Vision of Self Care

I’ve been on the calls every Wednesday and what I’m present to is a feeling that each featured speaker has something that they want me to buy. I’m not really prewent to the self care mastery this teleconference was touted as. that being said todays topic fits well for me. I do seek clarity as to my next approriate step for my career and relationship. I do notice a gap in achievement at this time.

Thank you so much for posting. This is a concern that people have expressed to me privately. I appreciate the opportunity to address it here.

I can see how it might seem that way. If that’s the only stream that you tune into you might miss what is ‘freely available.’ The speakers are offering up their time and energy during the call and sharing some tips for you to act upon, if they call to you. If get just ONE thing from each call things will shift for you. There is a piece here that calls for exercising your personal power.

As with everything, tune in and see what feels right for YOU.You may find some content and speakers call to you and some don’t. I hear you pointing to that with today’s speaker, Arjuna.

Many of these entry points to self care are programs that cannot be delivered in one call. Each speaker is providing a special offer to the Self Care Mastery members. If it doesn’t speak to you, it’s not for you. However, if it does you get to take advantage of what’s not offered elsewhere.

One of the shifts that I have experienced is this very feeling of ‘being sold’ as a negative thing. If I view it as an offer that I can say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to it shifts things. I noticed that as I made this shift in my response to others I actually shifted in offering my own services and my business became sustainable.

As I noticed where my judgment was coming from, I used the experience I encountered in being sold to one that celebrated offering services.

All of the experts in Self Care Mastery are heart aligned practitioners. I am honored to share their work and their services. I hope you take advantage of the offers and tips that speak to your heart.

I absolutely LOVE these classes! I would have not signed up for any more of these kinds of classes, because they do not offer much to me anymore. Knowing it was created by Adela, however, I KNEW there was going to be Value!! I have gained some Jewel from each and every one i have participated in!! I come without expectation and every time I get an additional insight for some area of my life. I acquire some tool I find of value.

This recent class was my favorite so far. I have been in a different place and he made it more Clear for me. I have been in the Experience of each moment instead of being in thought, thinking about the moment or future or past. I am becoming the “experience of eating … walking … breathing … ” whatever! I have often said I believed I am an extension of source energy and God is breathing me. Now I am getting my mind out of the way and experiencing myself as “the breathing”. I was not sure i could understand it until listening to the call and it just affirmed what I was FEELING!! I also LOVE what Arjuna is doing!! To help people in other levels of our society to access the same kinds of experience using “their language” which is so WONDERFUL!! What he shared I find very exciting! I know the Future is ALREADY BRIGHT AND BEAUTIFUL!! i am learning to live here now! Thanks so much!!! Morgine

This is my first time on the blog. I was on the call with Arjuna and loved what he had to say. Even though I bought his book Translucent Revolution and Let Yourself Go CD’s I got more than enough from your interview. I just wanted more and I have not been disappointed. Thank you, Adela
