Embodying Paradox

Do you find that you yearn for the light and shun the darkness?

We, like all material forms, are made up of light and that “light is energy and it is also information – content, form and structure. It is the potential for everything. Dr. David Bohm

You are light and yet the light has no context, no existence, without darkness. The two are inseparable facets of the one.

How can light be fully experienced if darkness is not honored for it’s role in showcasing light? So too are the problems and possibilities in your world. What if you were to welcome it ALL. What if the embracing enables your perception that the problem holds the seed of possibility?

Everything that you would disown is but an aspect of yourself that is wanting to be owned embodied. Give it life!

Who would you be and what would be possible  . . .

Through these shifts I’m starting to balance out and getting to a place where I’m not sooo impatient with the darkside. I just was in the habit of creating darkness and wanted only light. Now I understand and am growing in mercy and compassion for myself. Thanks Adele for the yin-yang perspective. LoveLoveLove

Contrast gives substance and texture to experience. Glad to hear you’re embodying yours, Alisha.

Today is the anniversary of my mother’s birth, 15 yrs she’s been gone. Unfinished business is coming up today as mirrors. She was my ‘hiding’ teacher. Whooowee, thought this was all done. Today’s session leaves me kinder and more compassionate toward us both. Thank you circle. Susan

Susan it’s always interesting how experiences spiral back for a deeper engagement and awakening. You honor your mother and yourself with your awareness.
