Breathe, Relax, Expand . . . that’s how close awareness is. There’s not much else to do, nowhere to go. It’s like flipping the light switch on in the room, the darkness disappears.
The Play of Leela, the come and the go of form, is the manifestation of collective creational energy. For many, the conscious aspect of partnering may be a new leg of the adventure.
Life always partners with you. From your first breath, like a baby suckling at its mother’s breast, life succors you. Breath is your portal to the here and now, your direct connection to Source, your ever present partnership with physicality. This riveting recipe of organized intelligence, creates the container for experiencing itself.
As you experience the flow of energy in your being and become aware of the constant collaboration, you access this knowing in milliseconds. Initially, the tendency is to limit, to restrict, to judge, to resist . . . your brilliance, your original nature. The best thing to do in these moments is just notice. Imagine that you’re at the movies, watching the featured presentation. Only in this case, the featured presentation is the legion of thought forms dominating your perception. It’s this filter of programmed thinking and unexamined assumptions that cloud your true vision.
What if you were willing to experience life with eyes and heart wide open? What if instead of resisting life and constricting your energy you unleashed your Being and explored everything relentlessly? What if you didn’t settle for surface presumptions and engaged everything deeply and profoundly?
Use every opportunity to expand your awareness and dynamically create your world. Check in often and notice who you are Being – are you coming from the ‘mini-me’ or the Boundless Being?
Become more conscious of your energy, what you do with it, how you do it, and everything shifts. Don’t judge the shift. Sometimes they’re monumental, sometimes they’re minute. Most folks need some time to ‘believe.’ Don’t be too harsh on yourself.
Time translates into experiential practice. Experience and expression are the moorings of the play. Play on!

Adela, you are Leela manifest…defined. You show us how it can be. Not putting you on a pedistal. Just an acknowledgement. Susan

Thank you, Susan. Acknowledgment received in it’s purest intention. The pedestal is made of sand anyway. Hee hee!
