Articulating your message can be a source of frustration or fascination. One of the reasons that it can be so difficult to tap into the powerhouse of your mission, is that you’re scratching the surface of what you’re really brilliant at.

It’s easy to dismiss the things that come naturally and easily to you, and yet have the most impact. Ironically, it is this very thing – who you ARE at your core – that will create ripples of transformation for others.

Here are 3 Keys to Articulating Your Message:

1.You can’t see yourself fully, it’s easier to be witnessed. Most of the time this excavation of your true essence can only be facilitated by a trusted partner.

2.On your own you’ll just scratch the surface of what you’re really brilliant at. We dismiss the things that come naturally and easily to us and have the most impact.

3.Transformation occurs for others just by virtue of being with you when you are in your brilliance. It’s an energy thing, resonance, like a tuning fork. Folks can vibe into their own brilliance when you are in yours. That’s why it’s so compelling and attractive.

Here are some things to try:

• List the top 3 causes that arouse an intense reaction from you – either for or against. They can be things you’ve experienced in your personal life or witnessed.
• Next to each of them write a couple of keywords or phrases that pop out for you about the message you can be a stand for. (Example, abused women – freedom, autonomy, fame)
• Imagine that you are at a gathering of colleagues and friends and that the speaker that was going to present has an emergency and can’t lead the presentation. What could you speak about extemporaneously for about an hour. No notes, just a sparked up outpouring of your being.
